Rob is a commercially focused executive leader with 15+ years’ experience building teams and scaling energy businesses through disciplined development and deal execution. He has held senior roles spanning network development and delivery at AusNet Services, strategy and transaction advisory at PwC, and capital markets exposure through the London Stock Exchange.

Rob has structured and negotiated bankable commercial frameworks for major Victorian 500 kV connection outcomes, including Stockyard Hill Wind Farm and Golden Plains Wind Farm, and has also led data-centre connection arrangements across Victoria. In aggregate, his work has enabled more than 5 GW of connection capacity over time, aligning developers, network planners, regulators and financiers around scope, schedule and risk allocation.

Andrew is a senior executive with 20 years’ experience across telecoms, data centres and energy. He worked at DCI Data Centres delivering the build, grid connection and operation of data centres in Australia and New Zealand, and previously at Octopus Investments financing renewable energy projects. 

Having led grid connections and commercial negotiations for data centre operators, end users and energy generators, he brings a rare, end-to-end perspective bridging both the data centre and energy sectors, and the challenges and opportunities shaping their next phase. 

 Mei is a senior finance and investment professional with more than 20 years' experience across infrastructure, energy and telecommunications, with deep expertise in investment evaluation, capital structuring and complex financial modelling.

Her career spans senior roles at AusNet Services and NetLink Trust in Singapore, where she advised executive leadership on large-scale infrastructure investment decisions — from early-stage opportunity assessment through to long-term financial planning and scenario analysis. She brings a rigorous, commercially grounded approach to evaluating complex assets and transactions.

At Celero, Mei leads financial modelling and investment analysis across the project portfolio, helping the team stress-test assumptions, structure capital, and present compelling investment cases to partners and investors.

  Malcolm is an accomplished technology and sales leader with more than 20 years' experience spanning SaaS, digital infrastructure, and complex project delivery across the private sector and government.

His career includes senior roles at Fivecast, KPMG, WSP, and the Australian Government, where he has consistently built high-performing teams, opened new markets, and driven revenue in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. 

At Fivecast, Malcolm led the expansion of its AI-powered intelligence platform into the UK and European markets. As a Business Development Director at KPMG, he brought together advisory expertise and commercial execution at scale.

At Celero, Malcolm leads the Technology Division — driving the company's technology partnerships, data centre platform strategy, and the commercialisation of MindBeam's LightSpark technology across the APAC region.

 Stuart is an international finance and investment leader with deep experience across global advisory, private equity and investment management, including senior roles with Clifford Chance, MGPA and BlackRock. 

He brings a strong track record working with emerging platforms—identifying growth opportunities, securing funding and driving strategic expansion across multiple markets.

Stuart has led high-value, complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, working with corporates, investment banks and private equity firms to execute deals that stand up to investor scrutiny and deliver real-world outcomes. 

He adds board-level commercial rigour to strategy, capital structuring and partnering—supporting scalable rollout pathways for smart, utility-grade infrastructure.

  Leisha is a property and projects lawyer specialising in renewable energy and infrastructure. 

She supports project proponents through site acquisition and land access (options, leases and easements), as well as the commercial frameworks and documentation that help de-risk delivery from development through to construction. 

Leisha brings a practical, stakeholder-aware approach, balancing landholder outcomes with bankable, investable project structures.

 Toby is a senior renewables development leader with 20 years’ experience across Australia, Asia and the UK, known for turning complex wind and storage opportunities into investable, delivery-ready projects. 

He operates comfortably at board and investment committee level and is a regular conference presenter and guest lecturer in the sector. 

At Tilt Renewables, Toby led nine development managers and mobilised a 50-person matrix team to drive a 5+ GW portfolio to investment readiness, running a disciplined stage-gate path to FID across major wind projects and BESS 

Previously, he advised CLP’s Investment Committee on wind and solar FIDs and led the technical development of Hong Kong’s first offshore wind project (250 MW), after building DNV teams across Asia and delivering energy-yield and due diligence work on leading Australian wind farms including Stockyard Hill, Macarthur and Woolnorth.

 Damien is a senior energy and infrastructure executive with 20+ years’ experience delivering commercial, operational and system outcomes across Australia’s energy sector. 

Former Chief Operations Officer at Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), he led real-time operations of the National Electricity Market and helped connect more than 5 GW of new renewable generation, bringing a system-operator’s discipline to risk, reliability and grid transition. 

He has executed major connection and development programmes spanning batteries, wind and large-load (data-centre) —contracting and delivering complex grid infrastructure outcomes, including the Victorian Big Battery, and supporting the connection of landmark assets such as Hornsdale Power Reserve. 

As Chief Operating Officer at Tilt Renewables, he lifted portfolio performance, drove grid integration and expanded the development pipeline across wind and BESS, pairing delivery intensity with investor-grade execution.

  Matt is a seasoned infrastructure finance executive with deep expertise in renewable energy, corporate finance, and commercial strategy built over more than a decade at the forefront of Australia's energy transition.

He joins Celero following a seven-year tenure at Tilt Renewables — spanning Infratil's ownership through to the company's landmark acquisition by QIC, the Future Fund, and AGL — where he held successive leadership roles including Head of Corporate Finance, Head of Customer and Energy Markets, and Acting Chief Operating Officer. 

Most recently, Matt was at European developer OX2, further broadening his experience across the international clean energy landscape.

At Celero, Matt leads the company's financial strategy, capital structuring, and investor engagement as the platform scales.
